@xteen091 justification why kelangan mo ng PCC, by right local lang kasi ung required silang magbigay. may template dun sa website nila, or if na-contact ka na ng CO, may appeal form na dun na kasama (sila na gumawa for you)

@pedrosg ung thing is... dapat issued na ung PH license mo bago ka nag SG. so if wala na sa possession mo ung first DL (kasi sinu-surrender siya pag nag renew), mukhang dapat may mga resibo ka or ung LTO certification to prove.
