Quick question lang po regarding below. High quality colour scans of originals (at least 300dpi). Is it okay kung camscanner ng phone na lang gamitin? Parang mas malinaw pa ang kuha sa cp kesa sa mismong scanner kasi.

Question lang po regarding TOR. Need pa ba kumuha ng new copy from my school or okay na yung lumang copy na kinuha ko after graduation. May konting stains na yung paper at nakaindicate yung date kung kelan na issue (10yrs ago). TIA
