Hi all kakatanggap ko lang ng message from University of Ballarat via IDP that my application was not successful: dahil siguro wala pa ang IELTS ko. Ayun, ang question ko po, pwede pa po ba ako mag re-apply? Hi bbgirl.. what's your course?
