• i got one COE na electronic, meaning soft copy. pero may signature naman. print ko lang ba to then CTC? Ok lng yun... madali lng nman mgpanotaryo sa pinas eh... di nman mahigpit... meron din ako coe na softcopy lng.. pina-CTC ko lng then ok na.
