Reply to @nathalie06: Hi @nathalie 06! Pde ka magsubmit ng form to correct the wrong entries made. Form 1022 ata ang tawag don. :-) And yup, inform your CO na lang din. Yung form 1022, you can actually attach it already even if wala ka pa CO..
