@jerm_au16 i think your psrtner needs to demonstrate that he has functional english. If you dont want to submit an ielts score a transcript showing that the medium he (assuming he was above 18 yo) was taught during bachelor or diploma was in english…

@kendi you can find all the requiements at the au immigration website under skilled independent. You dont need an agent. just read carefully and follow the steps.
