@donyx I'm all for uploading Form 1221 now than be contacted by CO later just for that. I think I uploaded it with the Form 80. As evidence of Form 1221 entries, I also uploaded scanned pages of passport showing immigration stamps.

How I will know the GSM of my CO? For cases of CO contact, it can be found on the letter of request. For visa grants, I assume its on the grant letter.
