@cheesy sa merrylands location ko, about 30-45 mins to city (i also work in city), short walk to train station, bus stations, shopping stores (stockland). 10mins to parramata cbd... ok lang couple with 1 kid... you can use main bedroom. when do you plan to stay? how long? 200pw for your family ang rent. libre na gamit ng wifi and appliances.
