I wonder How many payslip shall I translate and submit with my application as I have more than 8 years of experience in the same company and I don't have the early payslips.

How many Payslip u have submitted and I find strange something, after I have paid the fees there is no attachment for my son or my wife . Is that normal

ako, I submitted all that I had, from 2009 ata haha. Pero sa sobrang ka OCD ko, direct visa grant naman.

Another thing, nabasa ko po somewhere na pag coloured scans ang i-upload di na need to certify?

@fesp_au ano pagkasabi ni CO? wala ka bang inupload na payslip tlga? di rin ako sure ha kase wala pa akong CO eh, pero initially ito muna ginawa ko, representative payslips lng, at random, siguro mga 8 payslips sa buong working yrs bracket... at random lang, i don;t know if ever may CO na ako if hihingi pa ng comprehensive paylsip evidence... anyway, sa guidelines na naprint ko, ang sabi dun is unless otherwise specified, dapat lahat ng docs ay certified, coloured... ang naka specify lng na orig scanned colored is yung police clearance and nbi ata, and the passport page, so yun di ko na pina certify... orig scanned coloured inupload ko, the rest naman ay pina CTC ko, tapos coloured photocopy din...

For assessment ba ito?
Sa Vetassess dati, the officer asked for the first and last payslips lang for the company na 6 yrs ako nag work. Hope it helps

@familiaC hi mam! ibig sabihin yung random representative lng hindi yung lahat lahat na payslips e a upload... unles hihingin talaga ni CO na lahat from first pay to last pay... ;-) ginawa ko muna random representative payslips lng eh. ;-)

@BoyPintados salamat sa reply. paano kaya pag wala ng payslip kasi 2005-2007 pa yung ibang work exp? pwede kaya COE na may annual salary?

Yung income tax return can be used in lieu of payslips. Evidence din to na me sinahod ka for your services.

@familiaC tama to mam, ung tax return... tapos pwede rin daw yung screenshot ng SSS online inquiry kase makikita dun sa sss online ung monthly mo na contribution and yung employment history. screenshot mo lang kasama ung URL tas e pdf mo. ;-)
also, if wala talagang payslips, okay pa rin naman as long as meron lang strong evidences of employment, so lahat ng appointment letters, mga training recommendation letters, memorandum of agreement, salary adjustment notice, etc or any document that will serve as proof that you were indeed employed, isama mo na.

Paano pag wlang income tax return? Yung salary grade ko kasi wla nmang tax. Pwede na ba yung random payslip?

Ideally tatlong payslip lang nman ang pinaka best ma submit. Ung first, gitna at last payslip.

sir and madam, ask ko alng po sana: yung payslip namin sa company is system generated. t can be downloaded tru our company's internal employee portal. Ok lang po na yung printed copy nun ang isubmit ko upon lodging? Or need pa inotarize?

If ako yan more likely print ko lang then submit ko na, di ko na pa CTC. You can actually screenshot it then paste in microsoft word if gusto mo maka siguro. ganyan din kasi sa amin, printable sa system.

Hi, Ako lahat ng payslip sinend ko, Naka PDF ang payslip namin kaya cinompile ko sya as one file. Oks.

@danz1213, tama si @DMAU2012, compile mo lang as PDF, ok na yun. ganun din ginawa ko e. Para di mo na kailangan i CTC.

question naman po mga sirs and mams, pede po ba isubmit ung clearance form from the old company in lieu of payslips/ITRs? Nakaindicate naman din po ung start date and end date ko sa company... thanks in advance!

@b1g_d0m3 yung purpose kasi ng Payslip/ITRs is to serve as evidence of "paid employment" and if you are paid in the prevailing rate ng industry/profession in the country where you are practicing... not just a proof of "employment" alone

@nice_guy actually nakalagay sa requirements na COE lang with compensation details. kung hindi naman hinihanap, i think no need to provide anything. hintayin mo na lang na i-require ka na magprovide ng extra evidence.

for skill assessment ba ito? or lodging? baka meron ka pa ibang documents na pwede magprove na nging employed ka sa company na ito like offer letter, promotion letter etc. Gawa ka nalang ng statutory declaration or affidavit stating bakit wala ka nung mga yan then provide ka nalang ng supporting documents, mas madami mas maganda.

hi, tanong lang papano nyo po pina CTC yung mga payslips/ITR nyo? Tinry ko kasi ipa CTC sa notary public/lawyer ayaw nila pumayag. Mga COE docs na lang daw ang ni-CTC nila. Pag payslip/ITR sa BIR na raw nagpapa CTC. Parang ang hassle naman nun. Thanks po sa sasagot!
