"We might also seek to cancel this visa if you begin employment but do not remain in the position for the full two years.
If this happens, you will have a chance to explain, in writing, why your visa should not be cancelled."

What is the difference between the subclass 186 and the subclass 187 visa? Both visas entitle the holders to Australian permanent residence. The subclass 186 visa is unconditional and employees can cease employment once the visa is granted, provided they comply with the terms of their employment contract. With the subclass 187 visa, the employee is obliged to remain with the nominating employer for two years after the visa is granted, unless the nominating employee terminates their employment for whatever reason. If an employee leaves a nominating employer because their employment is terminated the employee must find other employment in the same occupation in the same regional area for the remainder of the two years following the grant of the visa. SO IBIG SABIHIN PO B NITO PWEDE AKO LUMIPAT NG EMPLOYER ONCE M GRANT 186 visa ko,

ser potski, before po that was the case pero ngaun po as per DIBP website e magkapareho na po ng obligation ang 187 at 186. halos every july 1st may nagbabago po sa mga regulation ng immigration. kung may migration agent po kayo mas maganda dun nyo po tanungin at mas alam nila. anong year po yung article na nabasa nyo?
