Looking for house for two seniors.

Hello,

I am searching for the house that is adjusted for elderly people, near Sydney.

My parents are in their eighties, dad is super active has a great health, but mom from time to time needs health care. They want to go in country side, but I would like them to be as near as possible. So, we basically need something to rent every two or three weeks for few days.

Firstly I was looking for something in retirement villages - I found a few of them near Sydney like this one - and I learn that they have beautiful homes adapted and everything, but they are selling them, not renting them.

Anyone can help with this?
