    @greyz_16 agent ko naka base din sa oz. au embassy manila naman ang nag process ng visa natin. Only 1 day lang naman ang holiday.

    Quick question.

    If I am already PR holder (done the initial entry), and while waiting to settle in Oz after 5 years, I got married, can my wife apply for spouse visa even though I am still not settled down under?

    Hi! As per observation sa lodgement date sila naka base. Timeline for partner 309/100 is 9 to 12 months but mostly sa nagrant nila nasa 7 months to 9 months lang. I hope this will help.

    yes po. ung scar sa lungs. pero declared sya so expecting to sign the health undertaking.. more than a week now since i submitted the form. kaso im not so sure how much longer will i be waiting

    hi ask ko lang po. I lodge my application for Partners visa offshore last October 2015. Also done with medical. Embassy is requesting for Cenomar. We got married in Australia and all we have is the marriage certificate issued in Perth. Is that normal? I am about to request Cenomar in NSO online. Thank you.

    na declare nyo b sa phil embassy sa au ung marriage. kc cla mg forward ng records sa nso. kapg hndi sya naforward nso ang records nyo will still be single.

    Yun din ang concern ko sa medical ko. 3 years ago, nagkascar din yung lungs ko. For the past two years, clear na cya pero di ko alam kung ano yung result sa medical ko. Hindi naman sinabe nang Nationwide Health System if may nakita ba silang scar or wala. Hintayin ko nalang daw ang advise nang case officer if may further test na i perform.

    So from your medical examination, ngayon pa sila nag request nang 815 Health Undertaking?

    @elejandro - oo they will require you to fill up the form kapg nakita sa results ng medical mo..
    @ janeology- ung skin wala k proof and mgkalau pa kmi. so nirelate ko nlng sya kung pano kmi ngtutulungan sa mga day to day errands namin.

    Newbie here.. july 20,2015 lodged via online nov.24,2014 CO asked for cenomar and request for medical dec.01,2014 sent cenomar via e-census dec.04,2014 medical done up to now no further docs requested....waiting for visa grant!
