ICT Business Analyst - please share experiences in job hunting

Hi,

I am an incoming migrant as an ICT Business Analyst. As a migrant, it is so daunting since there are a lot of uncertainties.

Questions lang po for those ICT BAs who migrated to Melbourne ahead of us.

1) Since ICT BA is listed in the skills shortage (thats why we were able to apply), madali lang po ba humanap ng work?
2) What is the average waiting time before you can land a job?
3) Yung mga employers po ba humahanap sila ng specific skills, like nakikita ko sa mga job search engines, may exact specs pa like "Agile Business Analyst" dapat.
4) I am not an ICT Graduate, but I was assessed as an ICT BA primarily due to my over 10 years of work experience in the bank here in Manila. Pero, I have been using the Waterfall method since these banks are not too structured like the IT Companies.
5) Dapat po ba talagang alam ang BABOK? Ako kasi ang exposure ko ay mostly internal policies and procedures nung bank.

Oh dyan ba, pag sinabing BA, straight forward lang ang expectations like you can document, prepare BRDs, gap analysis, facilitate workshops, etc? Nothing more specific?
