how to terminate services and complete application on my own

hi everyone,

i'd like to seek advice based on the ff facts please.

we are ready to lodge our EOI but is kinda adamant to continue this migration agency's services due to their inefficiency. based on the DHA's website, we just need to fill out form 956 and 956A to let them know that we are withdrawing our authorization for this agent.

what happens next? how do we move on with our application? we are planning to finish everything on our own now.
