One room is available in a relatively new 3 BR house located in Wyndham Vale. Room comes with double bed/mattress and a study table. It's a 5 min walk to the Wyndham Vale train station alternatively BUS station if you are planning to go Werribee and also as an option should Vline train will have track works or problems (Option is taking the Metro Train via Werribee then a 10 mins bus ride to Wyndham Vale. This is only needed if there will be unplanned closure of Vline tracks due to track works or police operations). 35 mins to the CBD, Melbourne-Southern Cross (use Vline app for the actual travel time not PTV)). Rent is inclusive of utilities - electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet and netflix. The place is close and walking distance to coles and other shops. Zone 1 & 2 train fares applies. You will be sharing the place with other professionals workings in the CBD - Melbourne
