    Tama ba pagkakaintindi ko:

    1. If di mo mafulfill ang IED hindi nila ipupursue na macancel visa mo, if that is the only grounds they have for cancellation
    2. You can print out this letter and use it if mag IED ka for all visa indicated

Hello! Nabasa ko sa expatforum, if they replied daw with this attachment noted na daw on their side and waived na daw ang IED. Pero to be sure send an email requesting for waive. Ang irereply nila yang attachment na yan.

For 489 / 489 looks like we can only request for waive ng IED pero until di malift ang travel restrictions we can't enter Australia.

189/190 is a PR visa, holders of this visa can still enter Australia but will be subjected to 14-day quarantine.

489/491 is a temporary skilled provisional visa, holders of this visa cannot enter during the travel restrictions due to Covid19.

Nag register pa lang kami ng intent to claim, kaso hindi kami makapag “Make A Claim” sa Centrelink, nareredirect kami to MyGov site. Mukhang may bug. We’ll try to contact the hotline regarding this issue. Not really sure kung entitled kami since Newly Arrived Residents kami, pero try nalang din kasi I’ve read na iwawaive daw yung waiting period because of COVID. Are you entitled na ba for JobSeeker payment?

You must be in AU para mag karoon ka ng Centrelink number or account.
If your not yet in AUS , therefore you cant able to access any Centerlink or myGov account.

    • tawagan nyo ang centrelink (1300 169 468) mga 750am pa lang mag dial na kayo para mauna kayo sa queue, i think they can verify your identity online now, no need for appearance, tapos mag send yan sila ng email andun ang linking code or ibigay nila sa inyo ang linking code para makapag process na kayo....

We arrived a few weeks ago, just before nagstart yun nga quarantine for newcomers. Pano po ba magregister and kumuha ng CRN from centrelink?

    https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/subjects/centrelink-customer-reference-number-crn

Paki basa sa link above how you will get your CRN.

hi all, may tnong poko. kinopy paste ko nlng ung msg ko s agent sana my makatulong: REGARDING ENTRY SA AU

@aron_drn baka my idea po kayo.

“hi mystic, i have a problem at the moment and need your help.

my kids and i are currently in Manila. My husband is in singapore. due to covid,
there are lockdowns. there will be a chartered flight arrange by phil and australian embassy next sat for all stranded australians and prs.

my question is, due to lockdowns and unpredictable situations of flights, my husband wants my kids and i to avail the flight from manila to melbourne.

is it okay for us dependents to come first to Australia? with my husband as the main applicant? will the immigration allow us to enter? any forms to fill up, that needs the main applicant to be present?

my husband is stock in singapore due to travel bans. we were supposed to fly to gold coast with my husband last march 20 but flights were cancelled.

our visa is 190. but the available flight for now is manila to melbourne. we will just wait there until there’s a flight to brisbane.

please help me. as i need to avail the flight. aus embassy here said they will release the flight tomorrow. i need to confirm and verify first. should i need to bring any letter from my husband signed, stating the reason why he can’t go with us?

    thank u un advance!”

@imau we recently did fly out from SG. Hndi lockdown ang SG as long as PR ka sa bansang ppuntahan mo or sa home country ka uuwi, SG will not stop you from flying though most flights from SG is to Sydney. Mas ok sa SG manggaling if evr kc mostly direct flights sa AU. Ayun nga lng wla nang balikan sa SG as announced by Gov kpag umalis ka lalo kun work pass holder ka lng sa daming restrictions kun may balak kpa bumalik sa SG. Your husband should be able to fly out if permanently na tlga ciang aalis ng SG. Ingat and stay safe!

@imau hello sis musta ka na? naku di ko alam na di pala kayo natuloy sa inyong BM last March. Alam ko medyo matagal sumagot ngayon ang AU but it will be best na you secure a response from them regarding this then yun written response na iyon ang dadalhin mo as proof. See also below condition 8502 for reference. Make sure na walang naka specify na ganito sa visa grant notice nyo. I checked mine for reference at wala ako nakita (naduling na ako kababasa) :) . Given the time constraint, may possibility na di nyo mahabol ang naka scheduled na flight from mla- melb. Mahirap din na sumugod (in my opinion lang naman)
Try to contemplate on this, para sa safety nyong mag iina. I fully understand yung desire na makapag BM na (because we have looked forward on this for the longest time), pero pause for a while lang and make sure na maging smooth ang transition nyo. All the best sa inyo sis. We will continue to pray for you para sa maayos nyong plans in moving here sa Au. Mag iingat :)

    Condition 8502

Condition 8502 “must not enter Australia before specified person” is a discretionary condition, so please, if you have been granted your visa whilst outside of Australia, check to see if your visa grant notice holds this condition. Breaching this condition may result in the cancellation of your visa.
