Looking for a female roommate in West Ryde. Preferably a clean & tidy flatmate -- considerate and takes turns with the chores. The flat is only a
3 minute walk to the train station. Close to groceries, cafes, pharmacies, restaurants and public library. Bus stops nearby going to Top Ryde Shopping Centre or Parramatta.

The flat will only be shared by two people. Rent is $80 per week (all in -- including internet, water, electricity, netflix). Flat is fully furnished and well-maintained. No deposit needed.
