Tourist Visa affected by corona virus

Hi, I was just wondering if the Australian border is closed does that mean that any international arrival & departure is currently restricted? I'm on a tourist visa and I need to leave Australia on my third month (no later than 8th of May). By any chance, if departure is still restricted on the said date, will it be considered unlawful or will I be tagged for overstaying?
