@lecia ,5 years work visa holder lan kami d2 sa NZ. may 4 years pa natira out of the 5 years. My wife went here July last year and we applied for a partnership visa which was granted after 3 months.
Our original 190 application was De Facto relationship until my annulment was granted last August 2019.
We were asked to redo out meds and NZ police clearance lat October kse expired na. Then we got married, and once we uploaded our NZ marriage certificate, we got the grant the next day.
NZ is a nice place to settle down, pro we already shelled out money for the 190 application. And mas mahal airfare to visit the Philippines compared to when coming from OZ. For NZ, it's 3 fold un application to become a Citizen:
1. Resident
2. after 2 years apply for PR
3. after 2 years PR, apply for citizenship
Although mas mura un fees, we just waited out the OZ grant.

Ask ko lang po, saan kaya sa QC puwedeng magpa fingerprint? Sa Crame daw pero medyo malayo. Puwede kaya sa mga police precinct?

Hello po, baka pwede nyo iclarify kung need talaga biometrics. Kasi ang alam ko po di nirerequire ng biometrics pag nasa pinas. Kasi po walang facilities dyan.

Hi @cucci, follow up question lang po. I-ask ko po yun current employer ko ngayon since nag work na ako with them for more than 1 yr and almost 2,940hrs na working hours ko. Pag tinanong ako nila anong sponsorship visa gusto ko? Ang sasabihin ko lang po yun may direct grant na 186? Meron kasi sila nabanggit na pwede ma approve ang visa for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years. Alin po dyan ang eligible for 186?

Good day po .. mag inquire lang po..regarding s case ko.. nag sign up n po ako ng form 1022 for change of circumtances n ns pinas n ko and end of work while waiting ng grant.. medyo doubt lang po ako kung mag change ako ng address eventhough plan ko po bumlik ng sg by april since dun p po c hubby.
