Question lang po, nakatanggap po kasi kami NSW nomination, ilalagay na din ba namin dun yung de facto evidences namin? kasama kasi sa pts na knclaim namin is partner points. hindi ko sure kung okay na ba na yung relationship certificate lang ang ilalagay for NSW nomination application. Salamat po sa sasagot.

Clarify ko lang po yung above question ko po tungkol sa NSW nomination application pa lang, hindi pa sa 190 visa application.

Kung hindi ka naman nag claim ng points ok lang yun. Pero Kung magclaim ka ng points sa new work mo, yan ang need ng new assessment. I reckon nainvite ka dahil sa EOI points claimed even before ka nagka new work, tama ba? So You’ll good naman.

Did you mean, you were pre invited by NSW? Precovid days, it took me 2 days after i submitted the documents to nsw, to get ITA. Mabilis lang. These days hindi ko sure kunf ganu katagal. Cheers

ask lang po if ano po next step nito? like yun sa 190, pano po mag apply sa per state? pwede pa mag submit ng EOI kahit wala pa yun NOC?
