New member here. Currently working on my vetassess docs. Need your advice mga kabayan on the following;

• How many payslips do I need to submit per employer (6 months per emplyer)? If hindi na po ma-retrieve yung old payslips, ilang months po na bank statement instead ang kailangan?
• YUng organizational chart po ba eh required per company or yung latest company lang po?

In my case, I only submitted payslip on the first month with the company and most recent month. Sorry can’t tell dun sa bank statements.

• YUng organizational chart po ba eh required per company or yung latest company lang po?

Depende po if you’re claiming points for the previous companies. If so, then yes po.
