Pero, My Australian Skills Assessment was initially Dated 14 of July 2014. There was a correction on the position that they provided, instead of R&D Engineer II it was noted as R&D Manager so I requested it to be corrected. Upon the correction they provided a new date for the Assessment and it was then dated 18 of September. So I uploaded the corrected ACS Skills Assessment.

Any ideas kung pwede ko po siya maappeal?

@bachuchay hi sir, gud pm po....sir I'm just new here, i don't know if this is the right thread for this, but can you please help me? I just took my my IELTS exam (General) last april 2014 and got a score of R-8.0, L-7.5, W- 6.5 and S- 6.5 with OBS of 7.0. I will take my AIMS assesment this coming March 2015. I just want to know if I can already apply for EOI despite of having a 0 pts on IELTS after I pass my assesment,.Coz if I calculate my total pts as of now, I already have the 60pts passing rate. I am 30.yrs old, 8 yrs working experience and a Bachelor degree holder..I am just wondering kung pede n ko di kumuha o mgretake ulit ng IELTS kac nka 60 pts naman n po ko.... Hope you can help me. Thank you po....

@dizzynueve pwede naman siguro explain mo lang details sa ACS assessment mo. By the way kelan ka nagkaron ng CO?

@johanncedrick pwede pero need muna yung AIMS assessment before ka mag apply ng EOI otherwise pwede ka mareject dahil nag file ka ng EOI before assessment mo. Ang claim mo rin na points sa EOI depende sa assessment ng AIMS, pwede sabihin mo 8 years ka pero in the end si AIMS pa rin magsasabi kung ilang years experience meron ka based on their assessment standards. Ang IELTS need mo lang 6 on all Bands pero walang points yun, as long aabot ka sa 60 points then you can apply EOI. Pero after result ng AIMS at hindi ka aabot sa 60 points, need mo mag retake ng IELTS and get 7.0 on all bands or opt for VISA 190 kung kulang ka ng 5 points to reach 60 points.

@livin4jc ok sir thanks sa info...actually ng reply n po AIMS at sinabi nila n I have 8 years and 8 months guaranteed work experience at confirmed BS degree based on my docs , in addition I am 30 yrs old right now making my score 60 pts...bt last question..yun po bang eoi is given to those who has a higher score than 60 or bast mka60 automatic na maiimbitihan din maglodge ng visa? thank you po marami...

@johanncedrick 60 lang invited na. Sure yun dahil ako 60 points lang din. Pero based sa guidelines, uunahin invite ang mga mas matataas ang points before 60. However ngayon, wala ng distinction minsan sabay na kasi konti lang mga applicants 60 above.

ah ok po..sir mga ilang weeks po kau nghinty to be invited to lodge the visa?...saka yung medicals po ba general lang ?my accredited hospitals po b n dapat dun lang magpatest? i have my wife and my son with me po kac when i lodge the visa if ever...thank u po ng marami....

@johanncedrick meron kasi invite schedules yan dito http://www.immi.gov.au/Work/Pages/SkillSelect/SkillSelect.aspx

so before sa invite schedule dapat nakapagsubmit ka na ng EOI. Kung pasok ka sa quota nila usually nasa around 1350 invites, invited ka. otherwise next round ka. nasa around 2-3 weeks ang difference per round.

@dizzynueve sorry to hear this.. i saw the replies sa kabilang thread about your case, and I agree with them na try to check if its better to make an appeal than making a new application..

@johanncedrick yes po there are accredited hospitals and it is better po to have the medicals after you lodge the visa..

@johanncedrick If needed pwede mo din i consider magpa remark ng IELTS. If confident ka naman, deposit 7K tapos ipapadala sa Australia yun exam mo. If magbago score, babalik nila 7K mo. Ganun ginawa ko. 6.5 yung writing ko then pinaremark ko. Pag balik 7.5 na. Mga 3 weeks ko inintay.
