As long as complete naman lahat documents mo and wala ng doubt si CO na hindi ka pa i grant eh most likely i direct grant ka na. Ako upload ko na lahat ng pwede kong i upload, kasama Police clearance, Form 80, medical (via clinic). Direct grant na, wala ng Hi man lang kay CO.

In my case, document overload, except for form 80. I'm lucky because I've been in my current company for the last 8 years. I was able to upload the payslips from 2009 to current, ITR, from 2006 to current, etc etc. And while waiting, nag file ako ng income tax for this year, uploaded that as well.
I think it was more of...they knew everything was aok and so they just approved it.

Ang confirmed lang na hindi sagot ay yung Frontloading PCC and Medicals.

@TheDreamer got answers for you ---- based on tracking (Feb to Aug)

1. 75 of 99 entries lang yung may info about PCC/Medical Dates
2. 3 of 67 lang sa mga visa grants ang nag frontload; sergz126(190), netzkeenet(190), Ashok (189)
3. Dun sa 3 na yung timeline nila from lodge to grant average is 3.24 months
4. Dun sa 2 na 190 timeline average is 3.65 months; Dun sa isang 189 timeline is 2.43 months

Conclusion: Di enough yung data natin to conclude na mas mabilis ang frontload or not. It is showing the same TAT for the very limited samples (3 frontloads). Actually based on tracking, out of 75 na merong info on PCC and Medicals, 5 lang yung nag frontload.

Its just sufficiency, accuracy and validity of supporting documents, na hindi na magdududa si CO to grant you a visa. Its boils down to each CO's professional judgement on the available documentations subject to the established guidelines and rules. Definitely front loading of PCC and Form 80 are last factors kasi yan nman ang last na hinihingi ng CO. Form 80 is most likely 50/50 depende sa CO. Direct grant din ako for visa 189 last Feb 2014 and it was exactly 8 weeks from lodging visa to direct grant even though i have medical issue (lung scar), so form 815 was also attached on visa grant email.

Processing times entails lots of factors naman, may include but not limited to the number of invitations for the month, applicants, quality/sufficiency of applicants documentations (the better/complete documentations the applicants provide the faster it will be processed and the CO can proceed to next applicants), holidays/idle times, and available manpower and resources. I think each CO have provided a batch/ group of applicants to process/ check. Depende pa yan sa individual performances ng bawat CO (may mabilis, may mabagal, may mahigpit, meron hindi naman masyado,etc.). So we can't really conclude on the processing times of visa sa part ng CO/DIBP based only on figures/percentages/ numbers as theres a lot of qualitative factors/ human factors/ other constraints to consider. Unless we go there, did a formal business process review and root cause analysis.

Would you suggest na kahit hindi sya hinihingi ng CO, i-upload na rin proactively? Or wait for CO's direction... ano ginawa mo?

Aside from doon sa Standard Requirements (e.g. Skills Assessment, PCC, Educ. Qualification docs, etc.) ano pa sa tingin mo supporting docs yung nagpatibay sa application mo?

Payslips? ITRs? Driver's License? Copies of previously issued visa from other countries?

Yup sinama ko na Form 80, kasi di ko alam basis ng paghingi. May hinihingan meron hindi, wala naman mawawala kapag sinama ko. Pati asawa ko ginawan ko ng form 80, more or less 2 hours lang nman un gawin. Payslips/ ITRs and lahat ng certificates na meron ako sinama ko para ma-overwhelm si CO. Yung tipong kapag nilagay ko sarili ko sa sapatos ni CO, magdududa pa ba ako. I believe and based on my experience in auditing processes/people na kapag pinadali mo buhay nila, makakatapos sila ng mabilis matutuwa pa sila, i grant ka agad. Maaring may internal KPI's din sila "number of visa processed". Isipin mo nlang kapag may hinawakan kang applicants to check, tapos kulang kulang, need mo pa mag verify at tumawag, di ba medyo nakakasira ng mood. We don't know eh, i am sure their happy kapag kumpleto at mabilis sila matapos sa trabaho nila. Maaga ko natanggap visa grant ko, around 8:15am Singapore time. So i know mabilis lang din si CO na nagcheck ng documents ko. Check ko din palagi ung IMMI account sa changes status ng mga documents (i.e. received) nung time na yun to know kung may CO na ba.

Being a career auditor, getting payslips by checking/reviewing on available documents/ gaps/ processes, etc. i can somewhat relate to the mindset of a Case Officer. How he view things and check documents, have established basis for conduct of the review, and making professional judgement. The key there are sufficiency, accuracy and validity ng documents in relation dun sa claim mong points sa visa applications. Giving "overwhelming" documents helps a lot din naman but not unrelated documents na mauubos pa time ni CO na tignan. But thats my intention when i uploaded my documents to IMMI account, i uploaded all my auditing related certifications, i got PTA, all the documents that i can think of related to my applications. That's way i am very confident na ma direct grant ako talaga which happened naman. Ang main concern ko lang talaga that time is baka magka aberya sa medical at ipag sputum test pa ako. Di ko hawak decisions nila about it kasi.

Hahaha. Para ka ng si Boy Abunda LOLs. Ok na ung first payslip, mid at last payslip mo sa company. Yan actually request ng vetasses kung paano ko forward payslip sa kanila. Wala naman problema sa medical. Lunch time na kainan na tama na petiks hehe

Lupit ng mga sagot dito, looks and charm…YES!!! Now I know kung bakit direct grant din ako.

Kidding aside, it would help a lot kung kumpleto na yung required documents mo before pa lang magmake contact sayo si CO. Sa case namin, di na ako nagfill up ng form80. Frontload ko lang SG PCC at NBI, ok na. I guess yung police clearance ang binabasehan nila kaya sila nagrrequest ng form80. Opinion ko lang naman.

Hi @wizardofOz, Form80 provides detailed information about the applicant mostly for character requirements. For security reasons, DIBP would like to know your whereabouts for the past years, and other activities you are involved. Kaya nga hinihingi doon yung bawat araw, buwan, taon kung saan ka nagpupunta, kung ikaw ba ay nagaaral o nagttrabaho. So basically it’s just a background check about the applicant. And I assumed na it is really connected in police clearance kasi if ever you are granted a police clearance, meaning maaaring wala kang bad records or anything. So kapag naprovide mo yung PCC at NBI bago ka pa lang magkaCO, malaki ang chance na hindi ka na hihingan ng Form80.

@clickbuddy2009 Ah oks buti pala yung NBI and Thai PCC yung unang-una kong pfrontload na documents.

Hindi naman kailangan ng PNP PCC diba? Although kumuha naman ako ng PNP PCC, kaya lang ang nilagay kasing validity nung munisipyo is 5 months lang kaya I opted na hindi na sya ifrontload... Baka kasi ma-confuse pa yung CO, gawing within 5 months lang yung IED ko, instead na 1 year (NBI validity)..

Hi Wiz - wala akong form na ginawa na kahit ano at wala ding frontload na kahit ano...

Alam ko na sikreto ng 1.5months TAT for direct grant 190: PPPP, hindi piling piling pelikula (80s) but -----

Panalangin, Pananampalatay at Pagiging Pogi (sa pananaw mo sa kalooban mo, hahaha)

@wizardofOz thanks...nakakagulat nga. parang nabopols ako sa english, di ko maintindihan yung nakasulat sa email..hahahaha.

Siguro kahit di sangkatutak nung documents mo, basta masuportahan mo lang lahat ng claims mo sa EOI, malaki na yung chance na direct grant. Kung nakapagsubmit ka na ng mga clearances stating na wala kang criminal records sa lahat ng tinirahan mong bansa, di na kailangan ng Form 80, pero syempre kailangan pa din nakahanda na kung sakaling di convinced si CO. And of course, dapat original or certified true copy.

@PIPO Oo nga brad... sya nga pala yung mga documents mo ba "Certified True Copy" lang or Colored Scan copies ng Original?

Iniisip ko kasi, aside from doon sa CTC'd docs, i-color scan ko na rin yung Original doc then pagsamahin ko sila sa isang file then frontload.

Like yung Transcript of Records ko kasi, kulay yellow yung papel nun, na makapal and maganda quality, pero yung CTC ko nun, photocopy lang na black and white.. nagmukhang peke ahahahaha
