Certificate of employment query - Header

Hi po, tanong ko lang po sana kung paano po yung format ng certificate of employment, in particular, ano/kanino po iaaddress yung recepient ng certificate sa header ng letter? In my case, sa IT industry po ako, so yung address is referred to ACS? tama po ba?

Gets ko na po yung:

• Start and Finish Dates of Employment

• Job Description of Duties Performed

• Hours worked - Full time or Part time

• Country where Employment was completed

• Company Letterhead and signed by the author

• Marked as a Certified Copy
