One Year of Accounting Experience - Hoping to transfer to AU

Hi to all of you po sa forum na to!

May one year of accounting experience po ako dito sa Philippines and I was wondering if may possibility kaya na may makuha akong similar job sa AU? Yung brother ko po nasa AU na eh so I was planning to apply for a tourist visa muna then find a job there. What do you think po?
