Anu po ba ang ibig sabihin kung Section 2 lang yung School na pinanggalingan mo?

Ano po pibagkaiba ng mga mga sections.

Ano po chances na positive outcome or ieendorse ka nung assessing body if section 2 lang?

Please share your experiences naman po regarding sa IPA- accounting assessing body. Positive outcome ba? Or may additional requirements sila?

It means it’s only equivalent to a certificate level, not a bachelor level. What’s the occupation?

@jhassy_jhazz Yung school sections ay para lang sa primary visa applicants para malaman kung ilang points ang pwedeng ma-claim for Education sa EOI. Wala itong kinalaman sa mga dependents, especially kids, na isasama ng parents sa pag-migrate sa Australia. Your kid can continue his studies in Australia once you have a visa and comply with the requirements of his new school.

I don’t think I understand the situation. The levels are looked into prior to the PR being granted. It’s essential to know the level of institution the applicant graduated from to determine the skills assessment outcome and Possible points that can be claimed.

Hey guys surprisingly I am from Vietnam but I would like to do a Master's degree with the University of the Philippines Open University (section 1). I got a big concern, as I did my Bachelor degree from a section 2 university, so its only comparable to an Associate degree here in Australia. In this case, is my section 1 Master's degree still equivalent to the Australian one? thanks heaps guys

My school is under Sec 3. Ano po kaya pwede kong gawin para makaclaim pa rin po ako ng 15points sa Education?
ECE graduate po ako pero hindi po ako board passer. Telco naman po ako experience ko.

You just need to provide evidence that you passed the PRC board exam

Pwede iprovide yung certificate na nakuha nung oath taking / sabay ng PRC ID.

Kung sakali po ba magagamit for accreditation yung PRC license kung sakaling section 3 lang yung school from the list?ECE grad din po way back 2012, nakapagrenew din ng ECE license pero di nagagamit sa current profession for IT industry dito sa Pinas.

Hello, Yes po pwede. From Section 2 School po ako and got positive assessment naman po from ACS. Bachelors Degree and 4 years experience deduction due to not closely related daw po sa nominated occupation ko yung curriculum namin sa school. Dapat daw po ata para maging closely related sa nominated occupation at least 65% ICT Content.

That’s an IT major, right? You’ll need 5 year’s experience in the last 10 years to be get positive assessment. Since you’ve got that, should be fine, you just can’t claim work experience until you’ll reach 8 years but still go for it. As long as you meet the minimum eligibility points, you still have a chance. The Department is very generous these days, you’ll just never know 😉

There are two sets of points, the qualification and the work experience. Which one are you referring to?

You mean po usually ang section 3 na school + 5 years of working is equivalent lang sa AU as bachelor’s degree with 0 work experience? Thank you.
