Pag po ba section 2 ung school, anu po maging score nya?
Sino po mag determine ng score under Qualifications, ACS po ba or merong ibang body na mag assess ng school po. Salamat sa reply

@cenon2 pag sa ACS ka magppa assess nka partner nman yun both Qualifications & skilled occupation, nka depende kasi sa qualification mu kng how many years yung deduction. Take note though ACS will only assess qualification if IT-related yung degree mo. For non-IT degree e assess pa din nila yung experience mo through RPL. Yung school qualification nman e refer nila yun sa VETASSESS for points test advice.

@guenb - Salamat po sa explanation, BS Comp Eng po ako so it seems ACS po ang pathway ko to assess my skills. Ang worry ko lang po kasi eh how will i claim points sa School Qualifications since ung school ko po(AMA Comp Univ) eh section 2. Nalito po ako how will i claim points on that if it will fall po sa Bachelors Degree(15 points) or will it decrease po, so base po sa pdf eh ACS po mag assess and determine if suitable sya (15pts). Tama po ba understanding ko?

@cenon2 yes tama ACS din yung mag assess ng Degree mo if Bachelor(15) or Diploma (10) equivalent. ACS will also determine if suitable ka sa nominated occupation mo, walang points dun, yung extra points is for the skilled experience, but the points for skilled experience can only be claimed after Skill Level Requirement Met Date, ACS will also advise you on that.

Do you think I will have positive assessment from acs? How many years will they deduct?

Paano po pag wala sa list yung school? Ma qualify pa din po ba? Yung friend ko kasi PUP siya pero sa cavite. Checked yung PUP sa list hindi na mention yung cavite.

may question lang po ako if ever may alam or naka experience na nito.

Ano po ang ang magiging section ko if ever ung First School XXX (Graduated 2 Yr-Course) ko is Section 3. Then I continued my education for Second School YYY (Graduated for BSIT) which belongs to Section 1.

Is it the last school i attended po ba ang grant ng Section 1? Thank you po sa sasagot.

hi guys, update ko lang.

In my case, if I may say, Accountancy Graduates from Section 3 Schools would not have positive assessment both in education and experience unless you take and pass the board exam here in Ph. I don't know if anybody here had the same experience or different from mine.

No choice but to take the PTE-A again with at least 79 in all components to earn additional 10pts.

@guenb tama po ba, if si ACS na ang mag-aassess kung makukuha ng applicant yung 15 pts for the Bachelor's Degree equivalent, no need na po to get PTA from VETASSESS? Nabasa ko kasi sa ibang threads na yung applicant ay nagpa-assess sa ACS tapos nagrequest din sya ng PTA just in case manghingi ng proof pag na-invite na siya for visa para ma-claim nya yung 15 pts. Salamat!

@angkingblog yes if ACS will assess the qualification then no need for PTA. Pero if via rpl yung application sa ACS then you'll need PTA to claim pts for education.

Hi @Admin and @guenb, I am quite confused why there are 2 USLS schools stated in the list (46 - University of Saint La Salle-Bacolod which is level 1) & (University of St. La Salle-Bacolod and Roxas which is level 3). So I do not know what is the level of my alma matter USLS (in La Salle Ave) and thus may have impact with my ACS application, please help me clarify. Thanks.
