sub 600 visit visa thru immi

Hii everybody.. I lodged my online visa application for visit visa sub 600 thru immi last march 8, 2015 and its nearly 5mos now but i didnt recieve an acknowledgment letter from immi and i never recieve an update from them. Can somebody advice me of what to do? Thank you in advance.

ano status ba na nakalagay? "processing" ba?
did you checked your email, inbox/spam folder?
5 months is too long and its unlikely na maoverlook ang application mo
better call them

@pyang12 are you sure nasubmit mo? immediately after u submit it you will receive an email. if the email u have provided is wrong u can access online and check the status.
the max TAT is 1.5months so you better call immi.

1st, double check if you have submitted it. 2nd, nacharge ka ba? 3rd, have u attached documents sa application mo? Sobrang tagal ng 5 months. max na siguro 2 months.
