Are you looking for peace and quiet to study or to relax after work? One room is available in a detached full brick house in the leafy suburb of Thornleigh, NSW. You will occupy the house with just one person in this 3 bedroom house, thus, your personal space is assured plus the share of common facilities (toilet, kitchen, dining and lounging area, laundry area). There are 2 rooms available: A$150 for medium sized room or A$130 for small sized room.

Located in between two train stations on the Macquarie Uni line - 4 minutes walk to closer station and 12 minutes to farther station. Walking distance to Woolworths, Aldi, Bunnings, IGA.
