Magandang araw po!

Tanong ko lang po sana kung meron po dito sa forum na nakapag-apply ng ganitong nominated skill occupation na successfull? Kasi po ito ang path na gusto ko po tahakin para sa pag-apply ng independent skilled migrant visa, malaki po ang maitutulong niyo sa akin kung may mabuting loob na mag-post ng lahat ng ginawa nila from step one hanggang sa makapunta sila sa australia...Sana po ay matulungan niyo po ako sa request ko....I am in badly need of assistance kasi wala po ako katulong maglakad ng papeles....HELP naman po please?!

Btw po, tapos ko na po yung IELTS ko at yung bawat category ay may score na 7 pataas.
At base po sa mga nabasa ko po dito sa forum, kailangan ko po mag-request ng detailed na CEO sa company na pinapasukan ko na dapat nakalagay yung duties and responsibilities ng isang Butcher and Smallgoods Maker, tama po ba?

@ozified13- correct po.. you need that for your assessment.. hindi ko lang alam kung sino ang assessor ng butchers and small good makers..hintay natin comment ng iba.. You may want to look dito sa link para sa mga ibang details..

@ozified13 - Trades Recognition Australia ang assessing body mo, you'll need state sponsorship kasi hindi siya kasama sa SOL list pero nasa CSOL list. Ang mga states na nagsponsor ng occupation mo ay South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory at ACT, each has its own requirement so you have to check them one by one. You'll need to have formal qualification o training before you had your work experience at least a minimum of 3 years for the TRA to give you a positive skills assessment. Kung wala ka qualifications or proper structured training, you can request for a recognition of prior learning which honestly, I'm not sure how that goes.

The way the assessment works is that, TRA assesses your training or qualifications first then your work experience. So if you have structured training from a trades institution approved by TESDA and the subjects are mostly in-line with the sample in the link below then most likely you'll be okay up until you can prove your work experiences. Medyo lenient sila sa work experience as long as you have all the evidence to back it up, payslips, DETAILED employment statements, tax returns.
