really? ako pa lang ba ang naka SVP na na-refuse? Sad ako sobra. I am trying to convince myself na I'm going to be okay. My inlaws just asked me if I want to watch a movie (cinema date I guess?) I can feel their effort to make me feel better pero I feel so terrible given the fact that they have spent so much money on me and here, refusal letter na receive ko.
Ang nakalagay lang is: I was not satisfied that you met the relevant criteria for the grant of this visa. Decision: I gave weighed the applicants circumstances and immigration history and have also considered whether there are any other matters relevant to this assessment of her genuine intention to temporarily stay in Australia. On balance I am not satisfied that Ms. (Name) is a genuine applicant for entry and stay as a student because I am not satisfied that she intends to genuinely stay in Australia.
I would like to ask regarding sa re-lodge? Nakalagay kasi sa "Question about this Decision": No further assessment of this visa application can be taken at this office. However, if you have any questions about this decision or the process or information that was taken into account, you can contact this office.
Pwede naman ako mag relodge diba?

Commit to the Lord everything you do. Then your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3 (NIRV)
The longer you have to wait for something, the more you will appreciate it when it finally arrives. The harder you have to fight for something, the more priceless it will become when you achieve it. And the more pain you have to endure on your journey, the sweeter the arrival at your destination. All good things are worth waiting for, and worth fighting for.

Madami ka ba relatives sa Oz sis? I think ang reason ng refusal is you have failed to prove na Genuine Temporary Entrant ka and that you intend to go back sa pinas once you finish your schooling.
Yes pwede ka magrelodge, whole application altogether, siguro this time better show more proof of your home ties sa pinas? And that mas stronger ang ties mo sa pinas than in Oz.
Tingin ko lang to ha.

Not all decisions are 'reviewable decisions' daw. Based sa decision sa akin parang ang naiisip ko na lang is to seek advice from IDP/immigration lawyer. I still hope I can appeal though. Naiyak ko na ang result ng visa application ko. Nakakaiyak yung effort ng in-laws ko to make me feel better. Hay, mas lalo ang hirap huminga given they wanted to support and nasayang ko ang pera nila.

I feel for you masakit talaga what happened pero look at the brighter side of things nalang, at least you have several months pa to come up with the best plan of action in your situation. And be grateful for your in-laws, for everything they've done for you. Kasi di naman lahat may mga ganyan kababait na in-laws hehe.

@danyan2001us thank you po.
@ellajing yes I am so grateful to have supportive inlaws. Im sure my inlaws are saddened with the outcome of my application and bilib ako sa kanila ngayon kasi tinatry pa din nila ako pasayahin. Yun ang masakit for me. I can just imagine the hard earned money that they have spent. Iniisip ko what went wrong with my interview when I told them the truth.

Hi all before I sleep, nabasa ko na yung documents lahat lahat and na absorb ko na.
2 reasons why CO does not believe I am a genuine student:
1. Because I studied for 6 years in college (I explained her I got pregnant and was a working student), she is not convinced that I will not complete my course of study
2. I am also not satisfied that this course in IT will have a significant benefit to her future.
O well, hindi na lungkot pero masama na loob ko after reading it. The CO is just doing her job. Nagkamali lang siya talaga ng judgement niya. What can I do? Itutulog ko na lang ito.
Sad.
