    guys.. di ako makapag email sa DIAC : --laging failure message... please help.. i cant contact immigration anymore and i cant forward my addl docs to them.. please help :(

    (DIY Application)
    May 24 - Lodged Student Visa at VIAC
    May 27 - Acknowledged my Docs thru SMS
    May 29 - Emailed me to undergo Medical
    May 30 - Medicals done @ NHIC
    June 04 - Uploaded my Med Results to AU-Emb as per NHIC
    June 06-21 - Constant/Everyday email to DIAC
    June 27 - Medical Results uploaded 4 June
    July1 - Follow up again
    July 6 (Sat) - CO Allocated
    July 9 - sent/asking Visa status update to my CO
    July 9, (PM) - We seek to finalise your visa application in the next 3 days- replied from Embassy
    July 12 - Embassy asked for update COE/Late arrival letter from my course provider
    July 15 - submit my updated COE to my CO Mr as per advised my Ms
    July 16 - acknowledged my submitted docs and they're aware of my new commencement date and my papers still on process.....
    July 15-17 - emailed them for status update and no reply since 16 July....
    July 22 - DIAC Emailed me and asked for bank history for
    July 23 - submitted Affidavit of support, bank history from my auntie
    July 25 - received a visa refusal letter..
    Reason for Visa Refusal
    These funds were not considered because the applicant has not provided evidence of regular income from her financial supporter.  
    July 26 - what a birthday present I received from Air21!!!

    Refusal letter made after 61days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    June 26, 2013 - visa lodge via IDP
    June 27, 2013 - visa lodgment confirmation text received
    July 2, 2013 - informed for medical
    July 3, 2013 - medicals done
    July 5, 2013 - medicals uploaded. NHSI informed me that there's no need for additional tests.
    July 6, 2013 - medical results referred to MOC, informed that decision will be made after approximately 8 weeks from the date of referral.
    August 13, 2013 - embassy informed me that my medical clearance was issued and will strive to finalize my visa as soon as possible.
    Augsut 16, 2013 - VISA GRANT! :D
    August 17, 2013 - received a text message from DIAC that my passport/documents was dispatched to the courier for delivery

    @tenseako Majority kasi ng kumukuha ng subclass 457 ay nagiging permanent resident, siyempre within 2 years stable job na sila dahil high skilled sila. Student visa tayo kaya after graduating kailangan makahanap tayo trabaho.

    @caiomhe10 - yung 573 pag break sa school unliwork ang principal, ang dependent part time(20h) pa rin.pero may nagsabi sakin, na if maka apply ang dependent sa employer na mag i-isponsor sa kanya for more than 20 per week, dapat mag apply sa DIAC daw. Pls confirm nalang nito...i coconfirm ko rin to eh.

    @Darwin - wala pa rin ang grant ko. nakakainis na talag. hehehe

    ganun ba? pwede mo i post ang link? if its from immi.gov.au legit yan. pero nung nag babasa ako dati 20h lang ang dependent under 573. baka nag bago na sila.

    June 19- was advised to undergo medical examination with my husband and daughter

    aah... oo nga ano. pag masters na 573 unli , pag undergraduate na 573 20hours lang. tama ba pag kaka intindi ko? yung sa case ko lang 20 hours kasi undergrad. pero if masters unli pala. sorry...mali ako. :)

    pero yung form ko kasi dati designed January 2013(157A), ngayon July 2013 na. so posible merong changes. Ang alam ko kasi pag masters dati nasa post grad studies which is 574...ngayon naging iba na

    dati naaalala ko post grad is 574(masters and doctorate), higher ed is 573(undegraduate). i hope tama memorya ko.lol

    Sub class 573 - MBA - APIC - Sydney (October 24, 2013)

    June 11 - application lodged
    June 17- recieved text msg from DIAC, my application has been received
    June 19- was advised to undergo medical examination with my husband and daughter
    June 28 - Underwent medical examination on NHSI
    July 5 - recieved email from NHSI that my medical result was sent to DIAC

    Sept 6 medical uploaded to DIAC
    Sept 26- personal interview
    until now... waiting...
