We are a Bookkeeping Practice located in the Inner West of Melbourne with a variety of small to medium business clients. We are looking for a PART TIME candidate who has an extremely high attention to detail and can provide a high level of accuracy.
You must have experience with XERO and be proficient in ALL areas of Bookkeeping and be used to handlings multiple clients at once.
Client Tasks include:
Payroll/Superannuation/PAYG
Accounts payable and receivable
BAS completion and returns
Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Monthly reports
Data Entry
Journals
Preparation of Client files and information for Director
EOFY Reporting
General administration tasks
You will be responsible for managing:
Current and New Client set up
Accuracy of work produced
Strong Organisational and time management skills
Documentation of client needs and expectations
Internal Management Reporting – daily, weekly and monthly
The ideal candidate will preferably have general administration experience, excellent English both with verbal and written communication skills with "a can do attitude".
