Tourist Visa Refusal Twice

Hi Guys,

Need some suggestions regarding sa application ng Fiance ko.

I am holding a student visa here in sydney for less than a month. Sa singapore Nung nag apply ako before as student nilagay ko sya as defacto partner para hindi kame mahassle pag bibisitahin nya ko sa australia. Pero wala naman sya plan to stay eoth me there. But, CO advised us na i-withdraw yung kanya since hindi sya convince sa intention ng fiance ko na samahan ako to study dito. So, winithdraw namen application nya and CO suggested na mag apply na lang sya ng TV para mabisita nya pa din ako dito.

Nakaalis ako ng July 4. Then he applied for tourist Visa ng July. Refused.
