De Facto Relationship Visa Questions

Good day to everyone!

I would like to ask about the De Facto Visa. I believe there's someone here who are successful with their application. I have a few questions regarding our case.

My girlfriend is applying for a RSMS Visa and it says on the application that she can include me in her application. I read over the internet that in order for us to be qualified we need to prove certain things.

Here's our case:

• We are in a relationship for more than 2 years. Genuine and real.

• We have a lot, I mean a LOT of pictures as proof of our truthful relationship.

• We lived - in for a year (but we only have 7 months of proof that we can show since we moved from two different states in US). Our landlord signed and listed our names in housing rent lease adendum.

• We don't have a joint bank account together but we can definitely open asap.

• Our friends, employers and family can provide any forms of letters that they are witness of our genuine relationship.

I'm assuming that we're lacking some evidence specially in the part of sharing bills together. Are there ways / ideas that anyone here can share if we can proceed with the application? Or what could be our other options to increase the chances of visa approval?
