If you do not have a car yet but want to rent a car that you can drive for cheaper price, there are private owners who are renting their cars at a much cheaper price.

Requirement: Valid Driver's license in Australia, if you have temporary visa such as Visa Subclass 457, pls contact the customer service to check if you can use you valid Philippine license.

Both have insurance and road assistance.
