Working student looking for private room to rent near waterloo/redfern

Hi! Im going to be traveling to Sydney this January 2018 and taking a 1 year course. Im hoping to find long term accomodations from 6 months to 1 year. Looking for a private room in a shared space (flat or house) that is more or less 30min commute to redfern or waterloo. My student budget is 150-180 AUD per week sana including bills. Sana rin mixed gender/co ed and not all girls. Im tidy, organized and i like to cook. I do my part in keeping up an apartment or household. I used to help my flatmate throw chill dinner parties for friends at least twice or thrice a month. They say im a natural home maker. I dont drink or smoke but i love making friends. Im an artist who paints, draws and reads. Im not into partying. Just traveling and making connections with good people. I loooove animals especially dogs but i dont have a pet.
