Basic Steps please

hi mga kababayan ... na-excite lang po ako kasi kaka-rcv ko lang po ng aking result sa ACS just after 6 days!

ansabe: Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under XXX (ICT XXX) of the ANZSCO Code. (marked X ko lang po ha. hehehe)

so far, heto ang progress ko:

IELTS - June 2013 (overall band 7.5)
relax mode (or ewan mode. wahhhh) - June 2013-July 2014
ACS - July 2014

ano po ang mga next steps need ko.

Goals:
* Work and live in Victoria (Melbourne particularly)
* Bring whole family (wife and 1 daughter) who are currently in SG

patulong po and maraming salamat sa mga mag-reply.

bro... thanks sa pag-reply. oo 189 po... eventually, the plan is for me to go there first... settle down, tsaka na susunod cla misis na eventually will also work and live there.
so ano ang magandang gawin? need din ba ni misis mag IELTS/ACS?
currently, nasa SG kami both working.

i know that 189 is for independent, and 190 is for nominated. what are the differences between the two po relating to my goals.

@Vhonixki may thread na how to start sa pagapply. Anyway, to answer your question... 189 Independent skilled - walang restriction ata sa kung saan ka magwowork. Yong nominated - kung san ang nominated state mo eh dun ka kelangan magwork for 2 years ata, based lang eto sa mga nababasa ko. Sa 190 dapat nasa CSOL yung pina-assess mong skill... haha sila na nga lang baka mali pa ako :P

congrats sa suitable na result and sa IELTS...

by the way, si misis mo pwede mo siya pag ACS(if she's into IT) para makapagclaim ka ng partner points... may separate thread din ata dito...

English Ability: 10
Skilled Employment: 10
Qualifications: 15
Total: 60

wahhhh eksakto lang!

i think i found the answer din kung bakit need mag 190. sa point assessment kasi, may plus 5pts pag nominated ka ng state. so cguro to meet up ung at least 60 points, heto na ang aplayan sa mag short sa points. correct me if im wrong po. hehehe...

i found out when i tried the EOI for 189... di pala applicable ang Job Code ko! wala cya sa Skill sets na open for now!

for 190 sa Victoria... andun... i think i'll go ahead na lang for 190 kahit na may bond for 2 yrs... ok lang naman sa akin ang Melbourne area din.

any advice please? thanks.

oo, go na sa 190 sa VIC... madami din dito bro nag state sponsorship, maraming mkakapag advice sayo dito... ;-)

makakatulong sayo si @sonsi_03 yan sya inspirasyon namin yan bro heeheh mabait din yan... ;-)

sir kelangan mo muna mag apply sa vic ng sponsorship for subclass 190. pag okay ang application mo sa kanila ma iinivite kana kaagad for subclass 190 at pwede kana mag lodge.

another question, ganun po ba kamahal ang ang visa fee? like for the 3 of us (including my wife and daughter) tatakbo ata ng 7K AUD (as per estimation tool nila). when do I have to pay this fee?

Upon Visa application. so right after yun ng state nomination approval mo. usually ang state nom approval at about 1~2months base sa mga nabasa ko at personal experience.

Lagay na nating maging smooth ulit processing mo, Oct or Nov andun kana at pamilya mo. halos magkabatch din tayo. kitakits!

bro @aldonny3... yup PR kami... wala namang bearing un bro sa pag-apply ng AUS visa eh. hehehe... kahit S-Pass ok lang un. hindi nagkakaroon ng plus points ang PR.

i just got the invitation to lodge EOI for 190 Visa Application (VIC)! Praise God!
nakapag-submit na ako ng EOI just a while ago... ano po ang mga next steps? thanks sa mag advises.

@Vhonixki you mean nag lodge at bayad kana for visa 190 application. then you can start
frontloading the documents sa immi portal mo. you can go ahead at mag pa medical exam na at kuha ng nbi/police clearance sa respective country where you stayed more than 12months.

after that, waiting game begins na. intay mo lang may ma assign sayong co.

ano anzco code mo pala?

thanks @magoo_z for the reply. bale, nag lodge pa lang po ako ng EOI for Visa 190. wall pa namang bayad na hinihingi eh... sabi lang doon "Submitted" ang status.

na grant naba sir ang VIC State sponsorhip mo? kung na grant na, automatic yun maiinivte ko to lodge 190 Visa application na kaagad via immi.
