    @bookworm, okey lang may reason si God kung bkit hindi ACT.Bka nga dahil mahirap humanap ang PR dun ng work puro kasi with clearance at Oz citizen kelangan sa work. If its Gods best we'll wait and then if ever we do all our best still wala pa rin nangyari God has something best for us. Wala pa kasi kaming IELTS result kaya hindi pa kmi makapag verify before the ACT occupation list came out. Pero kung meron na sana ngawa nmin yun.

    12/10/11 - Hubby IELTS first take at BC result L & R-5.5, W & S-6.0 OBS=6.0 retake!!!

    Dont worry kahit closed na ang skill nya puede pa rin sya mag apply dahil nakalagay nman na overseas applicant with close ties (close family) living in ACT may be eligible to apply.

    Tyaga tyaga lang sa paghanap ng work. Pero nagiging okay na ulit ang economy ng Australia. Mas maganda kung sa regional kayo para matulungan ninyo ang mga immediate family na may skills. Like Canberra, Adelaide Darwin regional yan mas maraming open na skills ang kailangan kapag regional. Yung main city like Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbrane kaunti ang nasa skilled list ang kailangan. cheers

    14-Jan-14 = IELTS Remark L(8.5) R(8) W(7) S(7) - (points requirement met for language)
    15-Jan-14 = Started looking for 5-8 Job Ads as required in ACT SS (Skill is listed as 'Limited' in ACT occupation list)
    4-Feb-14 = Submitted EOI
    15-Feb-14 = Submitted job ads and other requirement for ACT verification
    18-Feb-14 = Verification result is Positive. Gathering docs for ACT nomination. Was given 30 days to submit nec docs.
    26-Feb-14 = Submitted and paid ACT nomination
    26-Jun-14 = SS (ACT) CO Assigned
    10-Jul-14 = Rcv a 190 visa application from DIBP (ACT SS Nomination)
    09-Aug-14 = lodge Visa 190 application
    09-Aug-14 to 09-Oct-2014 = gathering uploading of documents
    10-Oct-14 = CO Assign. GSM Adelaide Team 6. CO requested a few documents
    29-Oct-14 = Requested english evidence for mother-in-law
    12-Nov-14 = decided to pay for the EEC (para di ma-stress si mother-in-law)
    25-Nov-14 = Blessed email received. VISA Grant 190. Praise God and thanks to this forum.

    gusto ko talaga sa ACT pero if i understand perfectly yung nakasulat sa taas, meaning pwede pa rin ako mag pa sponsor or pass my ACT SS kahit closed na yung occupation ko as long as i have 5-8 job ads to prove na meron talaga?

    kasi gusto ko talaga sa region na ACT, at some point personal preference at the same time drawn ako sa state na to for a reason i really don't know..: )

    anyway sana may makasagot nang questions ko na amy similar experience

    I haven't lost everything except my mind...
