@bookworm Tama ko po na -upload sa tamang category. Yung na upload ko yung form 80, don lang lumabas yung request to upload form 80.

System glitch nga yan malamang. Kung may CO ka na you can email them to confirm whether they can view the file on the system. Kung wala pang CO, hintay hintay lang...

@supertoblerone, @Xiaomau82, @bookworm, @cholle, Sirs, Ma'am, baka po pwede nyo ko mabigyan ng advise about sa question ko sa EOI:

"Another question po, about dun sa questions regarding family members to include in a future application. Ano po bang tinutukoy dun, yung pag apply ko kapag na-invite ngayon o application sa "future", say 2 years from now.

Ang sinagot ko muna is no to both questions kasi ako lang muna magisa magapply sana ng visa ngayon. Pero after two years, plan ko isunod kunin girlfriend/family member."

@sprggn Ano exactly yung wording ng question?

Ang tingin ko diyan kung sino yung isasama mo sa application mo ngayon, meaning habang valid yung visa invite na ibibigay nila sayo. Bakit? Kasi yung mga "future" applicants, hindi na ikaw ang applicant, i.e. they will be applying on their own (sila na ang primary applicants by that time).

I could be wrong though!

Eto po yung dalawang tanong:

1. Are there any family members the client would like to include in a future application?

2. Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in a future application?

Pareho tayo ng pagkaintindi, kaya "No" muna sagot ko sa questions.
Pero gusto ko lang makasigurado at makuha opinion ng iba bago ko isubmit tong EOI.

I worked for the same company for 6 years. However, at the middle, the company changed the name from Max Phils. Operating Corp. to Max Integrated, Inc..

Now the problem, sa COE nakalagay na company name is Max Integrated, Inc. pero dun sa ITR ay Max Phils. Operating Corp.. Ok lang po kaya to? Pano ko sabihin sa EOI or Visa application na nagiba lang sya ng name pero same company sya?

Nitry ko na ilagay sa EOI work experience ay "Max Integrated, Inc. (Formerly known as Max Phils. Operating Corp.)", pero sobra sya sa limit na 40 letters.

Just put the new name in one line (representing 6 yrs experience) - it is what it is... In case kailangan, it is easy to explain to the CO that there was a name change via prolly a statement from the HR.

And obviously hindi naman magkalayo ang pangalan so I don't see any dramas.

Worked for 4 years (Philippines) as a Drafter
1.5 year (SG) as a Project Coordinator/Draftsman
5 years (SG) as a Civil and Structure Draftsman

Hi Guys,

Bago lang po ako dito.

Iniintindi ko pa lang ang process, at meron po sana akong gusto itanong:

1. Nag points calculator ako and mukhang may chance po makakuha ng 60pts from Age, Course, Work, and IELTS for visa 189. First step po ba ang ACS assessment para malaman if qualified nga ako?

2. Work Experience (8 years IT Software Support and Dev) - Yun first company ko kasi, hindi daw sila nag i-issue ng Employer Reference with job description/activities/roles dahil confidential daw yun. Pero need kasi ito for ACS assessment di ba? Meron na bang naka experience ng ganito at ano ang alternative na binigay sa ACS?

3. Graduate po ako ng AMA University QC - BS Computer Engineering. Iba iba kasi ang nabasa kong feedback sa mga unang nag apply from same school. If Cum Laude, meron po kayang chance na mas mataas ang points na ibibigay?

1. Yup, skills assessment ang unang step. Kung IT profession most likely ACS ang assessing body but just double check.

2. May mga posts dito na same case mo. Usually mag-e-execute ka or yung ex-superior or colleague mo ng affidavit, pero kelangan i-exhaust mo muna lahat ng paraan para makakuha ng letter.

3. Walang pinagkaiba ang points ng laude graduate sa regular graduate. Nasa school / course yan

Di sila nag bibigay kapag resign ka na sa company. From Accenture din ako, Yung pinasa ko eh yung JD ko na pina sign ko sa dati kong Manager. Pero meron akong dating Job Description din nung currenly employed pa ko. Ginamit ko dati sa VISA sa canada (company sponsored), pinasa ko din yun. So bali, I submitted, COE from Accenture (yung binigay nila after mo makuha clearance mo) , then Statutory declaration (which includes JD sa accenture) signed by my prev Manager, at yung dating COE ko na may Job description, pero yung date nun eh nung employed pa ko sa company. at naka TO: Immigration of Canada..hahaha.

wala naman naging problema sa ACS.

yes iba iba po. IEA is 635, TRA is 1000 while VETASSESS is 630 (online) 670 (paper based).

Tanong ko lang po if sino may idea kung kelan mag open ang Software Tester or any related occupation? Close na kasi sa Victoria. Open sana sa South Australia ang ICT Systems Test Engineer kaso may special condition naman.

have a look at the tasks ng systems analyst. my sister managed to successfully apply, same as you, software tester din sia. just select tasks under systems analyst na ginagaw mo din sa work mo then focus on those tasks and dont mention anything about your software tester tasks.
