Hi Good day! I have read different threads/comments and it leads me nowhere. Nakapag check na po ako ng suitable job regarding sa job expertise ko and according to ANZSCO CODE it's 341111 Electrician(General) and the assessing authority is TRA. Thanks in advance.

    Hello po sa lahat :)
First time ko po mag post.
I need help lang po about something.
    Please share your inputs.

My wife is currently studying BS Management. She's got about 1 year more to finish.

Every input will be highly appreciated po! :)
    Thanks ni Advance

    Fernan

    Hindi po eh. :(

Unfortunately mate it will be hard to say as skilled occupation may change year after year... In 3 years, who knows what will be the needed qualification to apply as migrant in Australia.

The important thing right now is for your wife to graduate... And plan from thereon; don't put all your eggs in one basket whereby you have this mindset na everything is defined (as far as both of you are concerned) na pupunta ka sa Australia after x number of years para di ka ma disappoint.

Also, not to discourage but you also have to consider that skilled migration is quite costly, so plan it carefully. Maswerte if ma-hire from abroad but that is very rare these days and usually you have to be extremely specialised in your profession in order for that to happen.

Question lang po about sa application. Dineclare ko kasi na:

Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence? = No

Pero nagfill-up kasi ako ng form 80 tapos meron dun overseas travels. Meron kasi akong 5 entries na dineclare as work, pero ang pinakamatagal namang stay is wala pang 3 months.

    1. Dapat ba dineclare ko itong YES? Ang reason for travel is business trip. Nalagay kong work sa form 80.

    Thanks :)

Nakita ko sa anzco, yung medrep pwede sa ACT at South Australia pero my sa Canberra dapat may close family dun or dapat may job offer, sa South Australia naman nakalagay special conditions apply. Dapat naging student ka sa South Australia. Bakit ganun? Huhu so pag nagpa assess po ba ako sa January sa vetasses its gonna be useless or maaadvise nyo pa din na pa assess ako? Salamat po sa sasagot

@kisses1417 from my experience, magpa assess ka whether there is a state that will sponsor your skill or not.
I had my skills assessed more than 2 years ago but was not on the list. So I waited about 2 years. When I saw that my skill was open last year, because I already had that document, I was able to file for state sponsorship with ACT within a month.
While waiting for sponsorship, they closed and removed my skill.
If I had had to wait start my skill assessment done, I would not have been able to file, nor would I have my visa now :)

Hi bookworm! Thanks for your reply! Nabuhayan ako dun ah. Ano palang occupation mo? Kapag ba nagpa assess ako, wala naman validity yun? So every year pwede ako maghintay tapos just incase na pwede, submit agad ng EOI incase meron?

Basta nasa CSOL ba i should be confident na? Hindi ko makalimutan ang australia, i have been to sydney for 15 daysa nd fell inlove with it. Been praying and asking for God's guidance.

@kisses1417 , ang alam ko ang assesment has a validity.. for ACS 3 years. not sure with VETASSES.. baka same lang din siguro. tapos for IELTS 2 years ang validity.

@kisses1417 @gidiyap sa vetassess, 2 years. In my case, muntik cya mag expire, so I applied for reissue, which was about 100AUD, mura lang.
Yes, there might be a chance that it might change, or there might be a state that will sponsor your skill. In my case, I almost ignored ACT. I wish I had seen ANZSCOsearch earlier. Sobrang helpful nung site na yun :)
And not necessarily asa CSOL, magkaka state na mag sponsor. Technical writer ako and that skill has been in that list forever! hehe.
    Ikaw ba, ano?

Hi guys! Question about the points system...May corresponding points ba ang Skills Assessment or requirement lang talaga sya?

Do they recognise certain colleges in the Phils lang?

    Thanks so much! :)

@anne9 hello, yes your Skills Assessment Result should contain the following which will be the bases of claiming points in your EOI: usually if your school is under group 1, it is consider as comparable to an Aus graduate.

    a. Educational Qualification: whether it is comparable to AU degree (15pts) or diploma (10pts)
    b. Number of years of work experience assessed as relevant to your nominated occupation.

Kindly read all the information provided on this page:

Please find the list of schools here (although this is not updated, but at least you'll have an idea how your school rank.) http://pinoyau.info/plugin/page/accredited-schools

I am submitting my application for migration assessment with CPAA this January.
Ask ko lang sana if may checklist ka po ng documents na ni-submit niyo (or ng wife niyo) sa CPAA. For cross-checking lang po sana with the documents that I have been preparing.
