NBI Clearance - Affix thumb print on NBI Clearance Certificate

Hi Guys,

I read from ehow (How to Apply for Philippine NBI Clearance Abroad) that once you get your NBI Clearance Certificate, you have to affix your thumb print on the certificate itself before submitting it to the case officer. What government agency did you go to affix your thumb print? FYI, I'm based in Dubai but probably pareho pareho lang yan. Thank you!

Sa case ko po ipinasa na namin ung NBI clearance without thumb print and inupload na ng agent namin sa IMMI account. I just checked ung 2D barcode and its working. If there is a concern from CO, i think they will let our agent know.
