PLDT sucks in customer service.
Calabanga, CAMSUR — The new year of 2015 is seen to augur inspiration and hope for many of us.
But if the new year is epitomized in telecom service like the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), then it doesn’t look good at all.
Before the year 2014 ended, and as of this writing, I personally experienced how bad the service of the giant phone company is.
The landline is dead even before the arrival of 2015, at least to our Nth time calling to and from San Pablo, Calabanga. The caller hears a busy tone on the end of the line.
To our dismay, the phone company has no customer service office nearby where people can lodge complaint or otherwise.
Few months ago, PLDT took over the service of the local land line carrier in the town of Calabanga and surrounding areas in Camarines Sur with a promise of efficiency and good customer service.

My family is really, really, really, having a hard time with this internet provider. Now, it has been known locally in the area. How come they can't provide good speed and customer service yet we are paying good to them?
We subscribe to a connection for us to get connected. But what happen is its worthless. Paying for something yet a problem in the head result.
PLDT should have a customer service office in the area cause their phone service really, really sucks. Plus, it is better to speak to a person than to their machine and staying for hours just to get to talk to a real human!
