yun po bang Visa na ibibigay nila, may timeframe ba na kelangan mong magpunta na ng Au bago mavoid/expire?

Example, mabigyan ako ng 189 Independent Skills visa by December, kelangan kong magpunta sa AU within 3 months otherwise mag eexpire yung visa.

@cowninja the visa is valid for 5 years. But you must make your first entry to Australia within 1 year upon receiving the grant.

Grant letter should contain the below info:

Must Make First Entry to Australia Before : XX August 2016
Must Not Arrive After XX August 2020
Stay Period Indefinite from the date of each arrival
Travel Facility Multiple
Visa Conditions NIL

hello po! question regarding Partner Skills points for visa 189..hingi lng po sana ako ng advice if necessary na magpa-assess din ako sa ACS given na si hubby (main applicant) applied for skills assessment for Software Engineer..

I'm a graduate of BS Computer Science and worked from 2004-2005 as Systems Engineer and 2006-2007 as Analyst Programmer..possible kaya na makakuha kmi ng positive assessment from ACS if magpa-assess din ako as Software Engineer like hubby (we both worked in the same company before as Systems Engineer) and get additional 5 points for EOI?

Hingi muna ako advice and opinion sana from you guys before magpa-assess ksi another $500 ulit yun if ever..

u need to get your skills assessed and take IELTS (min. of 6) for you to claim points for partner skills otherwise no need.

if you are getting copies of the reference letters certified, no need for the signatory's ID. kung stat dec nmn, i dont think, they will notarised unless kasama mo ung signatory.

@jandm kung 8 ang ielts mo each(not overall band score), bka mas maganda kung ikaw n lng ang maging main applicant if ever makapasa ka sa skill assessment, as far as i know, 20pts ang ielts mo. Another option nyo lng din.

@Xiaomau82 and @pausatio thanks sa advice..napag isipan din namin yan..nakapasa na ako sa IELTS kaso 7.5 lng ako sa S and R..tapos 2 yrs lng work experience ko (from 2005)..tapos tama ba na magminus pa ng 2 yrs minimum ung ACS..si hubby ksi more than 10 yrs work experience..

Nag pass na po si Husband ng Coe kaso vetasses wants a very detailed one though yun pinass nya po was quiet detailed naman nga lang wala yun time nun work plus Yun job description is nakahiwalay Kase from contract po yun (he attached lang sa coe)

Now po namomoroblema kame how to ask sa ofc nila, kase medyo sensitive po ofc nila (by the way dito po kame sa Sg) nun nag ask nga po sya sa ofc nila at tinanong sya sinabi lang po nya na magloloan sya sa atin kaya kailangan.

Ano po Ang pede namin gawin? Sulatan po Vetasses?

anu ba hingi ng VETASSESS COE or reference letter with details job description? COE kasi is usually standard with designation, exact dates or employment, and salary. yan lang talag usually nasa COE unless contract of employment ung iprovide mo. Both COE and contract are issued from the HR Dept. yung employment reference letter namn, not necessarily coming from HR, pwedeng from your Supervisor or anyone na mas mataas ung position sayo na knows what your husband does at work. preferrably printed with the company letterhead. kung hindi namn pwedeng affidavit na lang or statutory declaration.

@jrgongon yes meron akong mga papers such as DTI as well as contracts, check ko kung makakahingi ako ng copy ng mga proof of payment bale corporation yung company na tinayo namin dati, 1 year din nag operate and nagkaron din ako ng mga projects at kumita rin but syempre di regular ung projects kaya di rin tumagal.

Hello everyone, bago lang po ako dito. Pwede po bang makahingi ng payo. Last August 10, 2015 nagsubmit kami ng documents sa Vetasses under 511112 Program or Project Administrator. Waiting for the result.

511112 is under CSOL category at Western Australia lang ang open para sa state sporsoship. At isa pa ito ay nasa schedule 2, meaning kailangan may job offer for 12 months para maapprove ang state sponsorship.

Ano po ba option ko para maka pag apply ng Visa kung hindi ako makakuha ng job offer sa WA?

hello! i browsed through the visa 189 document checklist and sabi need daw ng "Scanned colour copies" for the birth and marriage certificates..nung pina-ctc namin ung mga nso certificates, photocopied in black and white pero ung stamp ng certifying officer was in blue ink..so when scanned, b&w ung certs w/ blue stamp..considered ba ito na "Scanned colour copies"? tinanggap naman sa ACS nung nagpaassess kmi..or kailangan ipa-ctc namin ulit and make sure na ung pag-photocopy is coloured? another gastos and effort ulit if ever

advise from 3 years ago: when you scan in color, no need to CTC... at kung may CTC naman, di kailangan colored... capisce?

no other way, unless another state reopens and your occupation is in the list.

Hi Bro how many po kayo sa family ninyo? Kapag State Sponsorship Visa 190 some of the states required proof of financial capacity pero kung Visa 189 ang applyan mo No need na ng proof of financial capacity. Ang need mo lang is pambaon ninyo ng family mo that would be enough for atleast 6 months habang naghahanap ng job sa Aussie.

For the entire process kung magkanu depends pa din how many you are in your family na magmigrate. Cheers Mate!

@australianwannabe Bro naginitial entry lang kami ni hubby ko last August sa Melbourne then balik Doha para makapagipon for the Big Move. I think medyo stiff ang competition pagdating sa job kasi medyo madami na din accountants na nagmigrate based yan sa mga accountant na friends namin na andun na din sa Melbourne. Iba kasi sa kanila inabot ng ilang buwan bago nakahanap ng job and iba naman kumuha muna ng odd jobs until makahanap ng accounting jobs kaya dapat talaga prepared financially kapag lumipat. Pero yung iba namin mga a month lang nakahanap na din agad. At the same time blessing talaga kapag madami kilala sa Aussie kasi madami din nakakuha ng jobs via referral. Nainterview kasi namin yung mga kaibigan namin nung nagintial entry kami para din aware kami and prepared for our big move.

Sabi nila good na daw for 6 months sa couple na tulad namin na ala pa kids atleast 15K$ pero cympre mas madami mas maganda mabuti na ang handa.

I don't even know where to start. Should I take and get CMA certification then proceed to IELTS. Decisions decisions... ang hirap.

Get a 189 first while the boat is still boarding for accountants!
