  Couple is Okay. Rent of the room 982.70 per month. Direct debit every 15th of the month. Bond is 1360. Its a 3 bedroom flat in citygate apartment. Bills will be split by number of persons like kung couple kayo, bills will be divided by 4 including us. Kaharap namin yung carlton gardens at walking distance sa school, hospital at shopping precint. 2 single pinoys yung kasama tig isang room kme - ako at isang accountant. kelan nyo gusto ma view? you can contact me anytime - 0432738197.
