  @wildlovesg, makikisagot sa tanong mo, pde magpamedical before mag lodge and YES need ung HAP ID for Visa application.
  
  Dun sa immi account, before ka mag lodge/click ng submit button to pay, may tanong na:
  Has this applicant undertaken a health examination for an Australian visa in the last 12 months?
  -> if YES, you need to provide the HAP ID
  -> NO, pdeng after mo mag lodge, makakapag generate ka ng HAP ID, or wait mo si case officer.

  @princesslai Thank you for answering. Currently waiting for the medical results and hoping to lodge next week if maging okay yung results. Narealize ko kasi kanina after ko magpamedical na nalimutan kong kunin yung HAP ID from the referral letter. Buti nalang I checked the card that Nationwide provided after I paid and good thing they indicated there the HAP ID. Medyo kinabahan lang ako kanina haha.

  @fi0na03 yan na po halos lahat. Bale ung lahat ng sinumbit namin sa EA, except CDR and CE, na upload namin lahat. Lahat ng meron kami copy na paylslips and ITR. 15yrs kasi si hubby eh. So di namin kaya all employment history. Kung anu lang naitabi. Pero make sure makuha nyo SSS online summary of contribution. I think isa un sa proof ng employment history talaga.
