@aanover ilang taon na ba ang baby mo? Nung nagtravel kse ako wala naman hiningi sakin ang immigration

though six months lang yung baby ko when we travelled. Hmm..meron akong kakilala na nagttravel siya kasama kids niya wala din communication masyado with the father hindi naman naququestion sa immigration (i think 4 and 2 ang age ng kids niya nun)

5 and 3 po. Both are illegitimate but they are using the father's last name. We do not have communication na din and no support. I will be lodging their application seperately sakin since 457 visa ako. Siguro after 6 months when stable na ako and of school age na sila.. Im verry worried kasi baka di ko sila madala

Hi, advise ko lang to single parents like me, make sure na establish muna lahat before you get your kid/s and that doesnt mean na basta may work ka na. Important factor yun financially stable pero ganun din yung emotional stability at may mabuild kang support system mo.- reliable people around na mahingan mo ng tulong lalo na in case of emergencies. Kung kayang kaya natin maging super and single mom sa pinas, pagdating dito, panibagong challenge.

Hi.. Question po: I have an ongoing application for permanent visa.. may CO na po ako and recently asked me for further document requiring a Consent from Non-migrating parents (Form 1229) for my eldest daughter... nag submit na po ako last week, pero until now, wala pa rin update.. gusto ko na ngang tawagan ang CO ko (brisbane) to inquire. -pero balak ko tawagan next week kung sakaling wala pang result this week. -- sa mga naka experience po na hiningan ng Form 1229, mga ilang weeks po ba lumabas ang grant ninyo after ma submit ito? -- and also, tinanong ko kasi ang agent ko, sabi nya, mag expect daw ako ng additional 6-8 weeks pa simula mapasa namin ang consent?..

Hi @match_prop, yung sa mga bagets ko - Dependents 457 Visa took additional week to get their grants. But that I think because the whole visa application just takes 4 weeks.

sis, ano yung document na pinrovide mo for your dependents? i'm applying for 189 visa and i have an illgitimate child also. no communication and support from father. hopin for your input. thanks!

hello everyone...i am on the same shoe here...although my toddler is a legitimate child no contact kami ng father nya...tanong ko lang kung may same case ako sa inyo kasi im planning to have my credentials assess then eventually apply for 189/190.

my dilemma is that sa processing pa lang ng visa would require coordination with my ex-husband (no divorce sadly) i.e. police cert, medical and consent.

hope meron makapag advise sa akin dito if i should proceed...thanks...

@netzkeenet hi same situation like you din, single mom, surname ko gamit ng child ko, no communication sa father ng bata. Problem is yung case officer ko hinihingan ako ng consent from child's father or court order if hindi maprovide ang consent. May idea ba kayo sa court order?, tia

@gelai makikisali lang po. napadaan lang. try niyo po pagawa sa attorney nang "Affidavit of care and custody of minor child" tapos pa notarized niyo lang po. hope nkakatulong po ako. yan lang po need sa mga single parent tapos surname po yung gamit nang anak mo.

@gelai ay gnun po so depende pala sa case officer yan kasi ung saken wala na silang hiningi na ganyan. baka pede mo rin i state don sa affidavit mo ung law ng philippines na ang custody ng bata nasa mother kng nde kasal

hello up ko lang po tong thread. same scenario here. my partner's child which is an illegitimate child from her previous relationship ay hinihingan ng consent form.

we dont have any communication with the biological father eversince na nag buntis partner ko.

We are also thinking of providing an affidavit. may nakagawa na po ba nito?

hello, ngayon na lang ulit ako nakapagbukas ng account ko dito. nope hindi tinanggap saken yung affidavit. If parehas naman kayo ng surname nung bata, then you should secure a single parent's i.d, pwede mo sya iaapply sa munisipyo, then pagawa ka na din ng certification na single parent ka.

@Noodles12 i think depende sa magproprocess ng papers mo kasi ung kakilala ko indi tinanggap ung affidavit nya so kumuha talaga sila ng concent from the biological father though pwd rin naman kumuha ng court order na ikaw ang sole parent ng bata if di na mahagilap ang papa. Sa case ko tinanggap ung affidavit ko saying na i am the sole parent of the child.

For all single parents here, saan nyo iniiwan ung kiddos nyo pag dec holiday? ung 6 years old ko kasi nagaafter school care so pag walang school wala ding school care. Pero ang hirap maghanap ng child care for 6 years old kasi mostly tinatanggap nila is 5 years under

@charishma10 there are provider that has vacation care, bale extension siya ng OSHC. kung may YMCA diyan sa place niyo check mo din. most long day care centres have vacation care service.
