@johnadrielle_santos@grace143 hello hope I can help with regards sa dependents they should comply with all the factors to qualify:
Your family member will be considered dependent if all of the following apply: they do not have a spouse or de facto partner they usually live with you they are wholly or substantially reliant on your financial support for their basic living needs (food, shelter and clothing) they are more reliant on you for support than on any other person or source they have relied on you for at least the 12 months immediately before you lodge your application. https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa/Incl
The balance-of-family test measures your ties to Australia. You meet this requirement if either: at least half of your children live permanently in Australia more of your children live permanently in Australia than in any other country. You can check the table here https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/103- Example if your parents have 2 children, for them to qualify, at least 1 child should be a permanent resident or citizen of AU

We are seven in the family and I have 2 single working sisters, while I am married. I would like to get my brother to help him sa future na rin. Which visa and what are the process that I can research on? Pag aaralan ko kung paano ko siya madadala dito.

@psalms5110 if you want it to be not so complicated, student visa stream although ppasok sia as international student... for family stream naman there is remaining relative visa, which in your case di namn applicable because the sisters are still there,
the remaining relative visa is the only option for you to bring your last brother, sister or adult child to Australia. To qualify for this visa your brother, sister or adult child must prove that: They do not have any parents, siblings (including steps siblings) or non-dependent children that live outside Australia. If they are married or in a defacto relationship, their spouse does not have any parents, siblings (including steps siblings) or non-dependent children that live outside Australia. The number of remaining relative visas that are made available each year is limited. As a result you can expect to wait about 10+ years until you are granted a remaining relative visa.

last option is for parent visa and then your parents can tag him as their dependent
