@Abby_ ahh so sis do you mean once the visa is granted. dapat before 6 months mag entry na sa australia? we are in sydney na.. yung mga kids lng nasa PH and we are planning to bring them by august sana by God's will.

But since nasa sydney ka na, wala naman na siguro prob un. hehe

@tiggeroo when you say partner ba pwede na consider girlfriend/boyfriend? or parang partner sya "live in partner"? I assume pwede kung gf/bf di ba as long as may plan kayo for your future as partner.

@MayoMay alam ko pag partner, de facto ang tinutukoy nun.. either live in partner, or bf/gf na stayed under 1 roof for atleast 12 months or meronna kayo anak..

pag bf/gf lang tapos wala kayo proof na living together, hindi ata pwede as de facto partner

@Captain_A gf/bf pero living sa same street / corner. separate bldg apartment. kasi di nya pa maiwan sir ung housemate nya ever since nagwork sya dito sa manila. nag iisa kasi wala makakasama. isang buong apartment kasi nirent nila. nag sialisan na ung iba kasama. ako naman solo lang sa apartment. parang dun sya sa apartment ko kapag friday-sunday night. di pa kasi pwede na live in talaga kasi baka di pa naman kasal :-) or unless mabigyan namin ng justice yan noh? whaaaaaaaaaa.. hirap pala mag de facto

@MayoMay bro to be sure check mu s site ng dibp ung definition ng de facto baka kasi outdated na ung alam ko, plinano ko kasi yan 4yrs ago na declare na de facto partner ung gf ko then, my wife now, at alam ko reqts living in 1roof ang proof yan is tenancy agreement under your both names, or utility bills na same address tapos under names nyo each, joint acct and property na sainyo pareho, at testimonials mula sa family and friends na acknowledge ang partnership nyo plus mga docs supporting relationship like travels, emails, photo etc

alam ko may thread ng de facto dito.. back read mo bro.. if gsto mu tlga isama.. pakasal kayu kahit civl..

baka may mas tamang suggestion ang iba..GB

Hello @MayoMay sorry for the delayed response. Tama sina @Captain_A and @facelesshero, please refer to the DIBP factsheet if may doubts ka about defacto, because in the end, DIBP will follow their definition and the requirements may change from time to time so best to check on the official site. You will have to satisfy 4 or 5 criteria, nanjan sa fact sheet -- history, financial, nature, social and commitment. Bawat isa nito may sariling section ng pag-upload ng evidence sa immiaccount, so no, di mo pwede ipagsama sama sa iisang pdf lahat ng evidences.
As for your living situation, dapat same house/address and both name nakapirma sa lease, or a notarized statement from landlord, as well as shared bills addressed to the same house. The only shortcut around this is get a civil wedding as what some of the forumers here and my in-laws have done, the only evidence they submitted was the marriage certificate kahit 1 month palang kasal, boom grant.
May thread na din dito sa pinoyau about the evidences required, so as not to flood this May thread, you can backread there as well

@admt2016 malapit ka na this July, depart ka na...excited na kayo nyan for sure kaya prepare everything and make your checklist of things to bring and not to as well. Sana lang din abutin ni CO ang 30-45 days from lodge date reference para makapag sabi na ko sa boss ko ng plans of migration hehe...also, plan ko rin muna mag renew ng LTO license ko on my birthday kasi maeexpire na this August. Excited na ko mag right hand drive sa aussie.

I checked Adelaide, seemed to me very serene na neighborhood at wide ang road nila. Sana magkatrabaho ako agad para 'di maubos ang baon ko sa Perth. Funny thing, bumili na din ako ng action cam para sa mga aussie adventures ko hehehe...

Sabi nga ng inlaws ko ang adelaide daw ay pra sa gusti ng thimik na buhay, buong buhay namin nsa city kami, pero when we stayed in adelaide for almost 2mos nagustuhan namin sya, mas ok pra smen lumaki baby namin sa prang probinsya na environment. Ngstay dn kmi sa melbourne medyo natakot ako sa mga nakita kong teens, medyo liberated. Sa adelaide, wala kmi gnawa lng kung di pumasyal sa park and sa winery or mamitas ng mga prutas. Simple at tahimik tlga ang adelaide. At mababait mga tao lalo local nila, khit d ka kilala pag ngkita kyo sa simbahan o kahit san street babati sila sayo. I left my heart in Adelaide. I wanna go back soon, please Lord!

@jedh_g galing nman at plantsado na lahat..well planned. saang bank ka nag open ng account bro? Ilang months before your arrival to Aus dapat nka open na pra pagdating dun pued na makuha yung atm card? For us kasi plan initial entry muna kc me contract pa tatapusin then after contract pa big move but we plan to open na Aus account and medicare during initial entry. Kukunan mo na rin ba ng medicare yung family mo khit wla pa cla sa Aus?
