My husband and and I were reading those excerpts you mentioned kagabi and I think we'll have no problems kung sa UK police clearance ang kailangan and hingi na lang din ng letter or statement of good conduct sa previous company nya kase mahirap kung sa ship's captain eh papalit palit yung kapitan every 3 months.

    meron sa batch na ito na may partner? ang sagot po ba sa status sa eoi ay dapat lagay "De Facto"? ksi di pa married. pero i think un na nga tama sagot. praning lang din... tapos may question po dun about sa education. ung highest na natapos. nilagay lang po namin bachelor of science, tapos may kasama pa course (ECE). un nga po lalagay noh, hindi ung AQF equivalent.tapos sa work naman experience, lalagay date kung ano ung niconsider ni ACS na work exp noh po.. like sa partner ko 2006-2011 nabawas for education. sabi lahat ng after 2011 ang considered work. so dapat sa eoi lagay namin 2011-present na po noh?

    06.30.2016: Paid the ACS Fee and submitted it.
    07.11.2016: Received an email from ACS. Not qualified for Software Engineer (261313), recommended to use ICT Support Engineer (263212) instead
    07.21.2016: Paid the additional 200 AUD for the suggested ANZSCO 263212 (ICT Support Engineer)
    07.22.2016: Received the ACS Result - AQF Diploma, Major in Computing - 5yrs deducted / 3 yrs up to Present for the work experience)
    07.26.2016: Start of PTE test review
    07.29.2016: Partner's ACS Result - AQF Bachelor Degree (4yrs deducted / 5yrs up to Present for the work experience)
    08.30.2016: Took PTE exam / Processed NBI Clearance (with Hit)
    09.03.2016: Partner got positive PTE Result (L=79/R=85/S=72/W=90)
    09.05.2016: Lodged EOI (189)
    09.08.2016: Got our NBI Clearance...finally...

    If hindi pa kayo engaged, yes de-facto. Paki-double check na rin sa DIBP site kung ano ang criteria of declaring a de-facto relationship. Alam ko dapat nakatira kayo sa iisang bahay or something.

    Dapat ilagay mo yung AQF equivalent. Kasi dun sila magca-calculate ng points. After mo kasi isubmit to, auto calculated na ang points. May risk dito na mag overclaim if nagkamali.

    Pwede mo ilagay lahat ng experience mo. i-tick mo lang as "not related" pag hindi sya kasama sa assessed experience ng ACS para hindi ka mag-overclaim.
